Transparent method
The quick test uses the original 16 statement pairs and scoring key. Each keyed choice adds one point. You can review every response and see how the total was reached.
The deeper test uses the published FFNI-SF. Practical explanations are clearly separated from research scores. Optional life-context questions help choose examples and actions without changing either test’s score.

No. It reports an NPI-16 research-measure score. Diagnosis requires a qualified professional, broader history, context, and clinical judgment.
It means more selected statements matched the published scoring key. This implementation does not convert that count into a severity band, percentile, or probability of a disorder.
The HSNS page remains a guide to that measure. For a working deeper assessment, choose the 60-item FFNI-SF, which includes sensitivity and reassurance-related facets alongside other traits. It is a separate questionnaire, not an HSNS score.
