The service currently includes an NPI-16 self-report tool, an HSNS method guide that does not administer the scale, educational articles, resource links, and community features. Features may change as accuracy, safety, and maintenance work continues.

The NPI-16 result is a raw research-measure score. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis, a probability of a disorder, a clinical severity level, or a complete personality evaluation.

The website does not provide a clinician-patient relationship, emergency response, treatment, or individualized legal or safety advice. Seek a licensed professional for health concerns and local emergency services for immediate danger.

You may use the site for lawful personal education and self-reflection. You may not:

We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary for safety, integrity, legal compliance, or service operation.

New community submissions are currently paused. For previously submitted content, contributors were responsible for the display name, title, and content they provided and for having the right to share it.

The permission previously granted to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display that content continues while it remains in the archive. It ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable backup and legal-retention limits.

Moderation reduces some risk but does not make user-generated content clinically accurate, safe, or endorsed by the site. Report concerns through [email protected].

Site-written layout, explanations, and original code or content remain subject to their applicable rights. Cited papers, assessment forms, trademarks, and external materials belong to their respective rights holders.

Use of the service is also subject to the Privacy Policy. Assessment data is stored in browser localStorage, while the read-only community archive uses a server database. The site also loads Umami analytics and Google AdSense.
